Training

Basic items to remember when training:

  • STRETCH - During and after every ride, this will reduce injury.
  • HYDRATION - Carry at least 2 bottles on your bike, 1 for water and 1 for carb replenishment.
  • NUTRITION - Always carry gel or bars with you so you don't bonk. Eat carbs before a long ride.
  • HEART RATE MONITOR - Consider purchasing one to help with endurance training.

RawHinies provides training specially designed by Keith Bailey of Ready for Anything Training.

Registered riders will receive Evites to training rides.  If you would like to attend training rides and are not receiving Evites. Please email us at contacts@rawhinies.com and once we verify you have registered with the MS Society and paid the RawHinies team fee, ride information will be forwarded.
